The services covered by this contract are social media-related digital services such as:
Increasing followers, likes, views, or comments
Engagement packages for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
All services are delivered online and automatically.
Service descriptions, prices, and delivery details are shown on the relevant service pages.
Delivery is made via the platform automatically. The service begins after the payment confirmation and is completed once the delivery status reaches 100% (unless specified otherwise in the service description).
There is no physical product or shipment.
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital service delivery:
Buyers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the service has started.
For services not started within 48 hours, a refund may be requested.
Payments are made securely via online payment gateways.
Invoices are sent electronically upon request.
In case of disputes, the Customer may contact Zefoyo.com support first.
If no solution is reached, the Customer may appeal to:
Consumer Arbitration Committee or
Consumer Court in their residential area.
This contract is deemed accepted upon completion of the purchase.
Zefoyo.com reserves the right to update the contract without prior notice.
